- jhamburger 16y agoI'm in the middle, thought I'd be more at the bottom. Was happy about that for a second until I realized that being at the bottom would actually be a good thing.

- jhamburger 16y agoCause if you're at the bottom there's plenty of room to grow, even just by switching jobs. Finding out you're the top paid programmer in your area is good for the ego but doesn't do anything for your bottom line.
