I'm currently filling out a new team and found that the team, as a whole, does a better job of "hiring" than I could. I figure if I want teams that are "self-managed" then the teams should be able to to hire (and fire) their own members.
- adii 15y agoThis exact same thing popped up in a discussion in the office today: exist team members were critiquing a potential new hire. Was so refreshing to get that input, instead of just having to rely on our (as founders) own judgement.
