I think THIS may be the true secret to Swedish strategy, much like NYC -- it got so bad it really changed the conversation and people are still shell shocked and caution remains high to maintain social distancing, defer gathering in groups etc. If they aren't really getting together much indoors, masks won't be necessary for now (may need to be outside once winter comes and UV drops precipitously).
