- SkyMarshal 6y agoNot really. In general exchanges don't sell directly to the public, they interface with brokers both human (1998) and electronic (2020), who sell shares to the public. "Ask your broker" means call them up if that's the kind of broker you use, or check out their website FAQ on order routing if you use an electronic one.
