I'm not a personal trainer, or motivational speaker, but brighten up.
As a mathematician, everything since the 1960s has to me been this cycle, and I think the key way to approach this is from the perspective of knowledge.
Don't look at software or data, but look at fundamental science, and you'll have less of this sort of burn out.
I read papers from 1950, and I pretend that I could have a coffee with the author later that day, and savour the fact that you can't take people's discoveries away from them, even if history or humanity has.
