This is very cool.
I’m reminded of the work of Mary Lou Jepsen / Openwater, who have been attempting to leverage commodity consumer imaging technology and machine learning to create personal MRI-like 3D imagers orders of magnitude less expensive and more accurate.

- spacecity1971 6y agoHer tech is very promising. They have apparently undergone initial FDA certification for device classification, so I’m also very curious to see how they progress.
- yazaddaruvala 6y agoI’m eagerly awaiting their next announcement. In a recent interview with Peter Diamantis she said they would have something in August but nothing yet. Any one have any updates?
