Absolutely not, you're forgetting cache size / speed, instructions ect ... a recent 2ghz proc beats easily an old 4ghz one.

Absolutely not, you're forgetting cache size / speed, instructions ect ... a recent 2ghz proc beats easily an old 4ghz one.
- SomeoneFromCA 6y agoMy point was that very very slow processors are still produced and widely used. Very old Pentium G2130 ($60 with MB and 8 GiB memory) is only 50% slower than Celeron G5900 (10th generation CPU).
