- dmurray 6y agoMaybe it depends how you define "under the jurisdiction". Every citizen and corporation in the US is subject to the government's jurisdiction.

- WealthVsSurvive 6y agoYes, the government absolutely controls the Federal reserve, but likes to keep it out of "politics," which is code for "please don't talk about what we're doing here, it could be used to spook the cattle."
