Not exactly the same thing, but going after your VP of Marketing is pretty similar, if they do this to their best employees, what they won't do to a smaller 3rd party that they feel it's on their way to profit.

- badwolf 6y agoI don't think trying to enforce a no-compete contract with a former employee who left to work for a competitor is even remotely similar to... requesting an author correct the name of the product they're writing about.
