The YouTube music app is just okay. What I hate is that now, regular YouTube keeps recommending me music and mixes based upon my music preferences. I cannot stand this. I don't watch YouTube for music! Previously it would have recommended music videos, mostly rap and hip-hop (which I do not and have never listened to) and there was no way to turn that off. But it was relegated to it's own section which I just ignored. Now the mixes they keep recommending are just getting to be way too much. I have YouTube premium, because I hate ads. But these music mixes, the rap recommendations that I can't disable, and the YouTube movies recommendations that don't allow you to select "not interested" like normal videos - are really lowering my opinion of YouTube and I can't be the only one.
