Yet all the millions in bond issues don’t address that? That’s mismanagement, not lack of funding.
- ryanhuff 6y agoWho knows? I can tell you that my wife’s 60ish year old elementary school in Southern California finally got air conditioning last year. So the bond issues aren’t flushing schools in money.
