Conclusion > I don't think the mobile web – as experienced by users – has become slower overall. Even as a subjective result this seems really bad. Most web-pages are text & images, outside of apps like maps/email, most content is static and while CPU's and bandwidth has skyrocketed the UX has stayed about the same... we think.
