There are as many ways to improve your org as there are people working there :). Focus on what gives you energy, focuses your positivity and piggyback on it to create impact. I love tech communities, and started internal and external meetup groups, found ways to stream online, managed to get the tech blog running. All things that I love doing : making other tech people more brilliant than I am successful. Keep doing it, be consistent. After a while, it will be seen, recognized and you will be followed :). The cool thing is that because it's something you like, it doesn't sound like work! Good luck and let us know what you've found in a while !
