Well, I've been in the field, professionally, for about 3 years and have yet to see anything above $70k, so from my perspective you're doing just fine. :)

In many markets, your best chance for a significant raise is a lateral move to a new company where your compensation is determined by what you bring to the table, and how ably you can demonstrate that, versus your current company where you can never fully escape the rubrik of past compensation.
