I was about to comment the same thing. They talked about how it's a progressive web app: good, built in react: good, client side rendered: no no no why! As a general rule, Web "apps" should be client rendered (think FB, Twitter, Gmail, etc), Web "sites" should be server rendered. I wish React made it more clear what the difference between the two is and why you should use one versus the other. I know frameworks like Next and Gatsby do it but I wish it was a more ingrained part of React.
