I thought the point of social media networks was so that governments can conduct surveillance and information campaigns.

[1] It is claimed that "enough" could be under the corporate coffee budget. [2] They might pronounce conducting these activities as "using custom and lookalike digital insights to create meaningful audiences and reach your business goals" however.
