- onelastjob 6y agoI agree. I think four 5 or 6 hour days would be the best and would actually be very productive, probably even more productive than the current 40 hour week. I think it's realistic for an employee to put in a solid five hours of focused work for four days in a row, which is way better than an unfocused 40 hours.
