I actually had a bread box at one point, and the bread got moldy after two days. Maybe it just needed to be cleaned, or maybe it trapped moisture and heat?

- chris_st 6y agoTwo days is kind of surprising, if it was homemade. Ours would go four or five days before molding, so like everyone above, I cut mine the day after baking and freeze it.
