You're proving OPs point - you can't apply bullshit logic to science.
- aaron695 6y agoLol, from your link which took 20 seconds. "It’s simply not known how alcohol will affect the long-term memory and learning skills of people who began drinking heavily as adolescents." Maybe the section on drink driving is more appropriate on babies having a teaspoon of beer when colic? We've lost the ability to think for ourselves, and it seems to Google.
- tonyhb 6y agoSo: We know that it actively harms cell division and brain development... But long term studies of babies/adolescents' drinking problems haven't been studied (disregarding that it's impossible due to ethics)... And you still want to argue that it should be okay to give babies alcohol? Again, think about it for a sec. OFC scientifically there are no compelling studies on the lifetime of alcohol abuse. Empirically hard to do! That does not rule out that it's bad - and our point here is giving alcohol to babies - well, knowing the evidence, babies shouldn't drink!
