The article is right: Zuckerberg is the dictator of a government-like entity. There is no check on his power. At some point, the people will have to wake up and demand better. Of course, the platform will steer them away from this opinion, but I still have hope.
- dwd 6y agoSo, at what point do we see potential whistleblowers or anyone who could seriously check his power start to disappear? I don't think Zucks close to there yet and still seeks to hide, obfuscate, and apply subtle pressure as required - but if it is about power and he does believe he's his own sovereign entity then that's the logical outcome. If Ross Ulbricht could be tempted to put out a hit to maintain his empire, why not Zuck?
