I get the argument (and counter arguments), but regardless of where one stands, can we all appreciate the irony of the Electronic Frontier Foundation making an appeal for paper fiat?
- mindslight 6y agoYes, the irony. But it's coming from the same place as technical people being horrified by the wanton adoption of Internet of Trash devices, and preferring simple appliances. We know there's a proper way (privacy preserving digital payments), and until it's there, we'll reject ersatz alternatives.
