I personally use backblaze and it's been excellent. Cheap, works flawlessly in the background with minimal resources, doesn't bombard me with ads or upsells, and it's saved my ass twice now - once in an actual hard drive failure, and then when I accidentally deleted files I needed to get back (you can download them for 30 days after deletion).
