I take 225mg of venlafaxine every day and I am entirely serious that this medication saved my life. I've tried tapering off and the debilitating malaise came back. I'll probably take these pills as long as I live, and I'm okay with that because they give me the energy to function, to improve and thrive. Without medication I would not have been able to work on my mental health in non-psychiatric ways, which has also been tremendously useful.
