What region/state/country was this? Vietnam?

  'Lockdown' in the developed European country I'm living in (Finland) consisted of closing the border to non-residents, and bars, restaurants, theatres and cinemas for a couple of months. All of those are now open - apart from the border, with some restrictions but honestly I wouldn't know what they are because for my usage of them it all seems pretty normal...

    > apart from the border In germany it's a mandatory corona-test and quarantine until the results come back if you entered the country from a high-risk region (to avoid the spread through travelling). No restrictions as far as I know if the region is not considered a high-risk one. I guess it's similar in Finland.
