I just noticed recently that in American English "bullshit" often means "unfair" or "trivial" where in British English it usually means "untrue".

I just noticed recently that in American English "bullshit" often means "unfair" or "trivial" where in British English it usually means "untrue".
- tombert 6y agoIt usually means "untrue" here as well, but it's often used as a synonym for "extremely ridiculous".
- huhtenberg 6y agoFWIW in my version of English it means "nonsense" (I'm the OP).
