I've always taken the stance that I don't mix personal and work. That way I have a clean separation between the two. Rough days at work, I can shift focus to a different social circle. However, a few years ago I joined a team and we all got along too well. It became a group of friends that worked and played together. It was great in so many ways and after 2 years we all parted ways. I doubt I'll ever experience something like it again and we still are friends but we all wish we had a team dynamic like we used to have.
