I had given them 0 personal details. That's the level of work they do if you go digital Collector office gives 0 shit about people in general unless they're rich or politically connected It is laughable to think that to get a single document like birth certificate, we have to pay thousands in bribe but business related NoCs will be automatically taken care by collector office??? The collector is King. His office is the office of the King.
