This is just letting people know that the apps which use the advertising are tracking them. If people don't mind getting tracked to fund their apps, they can opt in. I don't have any trouble with advertising and tracking... so long as it's clear and obvious that it's happening and you have an easy way to opt out. This should make both sides happy.
