Sounds like a culture worth working to change.
- marcinzm 6y agoSure but that's a very involved, long and risky process. If you want a different culture then it's generally better to just find a new job at a place that already has one.
- bradlys 6y agoSome places can’t be changed. You’ll have to fire the entire executive team and the board to get a change. It’s important to recognize when that’s the case and get out.
- temikus 6y agoIf it’s a small/medium company/team - sure. But if you try doing that in a giant behemoth of a company as an IC - this is a recipe for quick burnout and/or ruining your mental health.
