It's scary business doing anything like that if you are living in Iran. Just read[1] what Behdad (guy who finally merged it) went through when he visited Iran recently. I don't blame them to be scared.

- refurb 6y agoYikes. That's a great summary of what can happen to you when you piss off a government in a country where they don't have many limitations on what they can do to you. He acknowledges the lack of human rights in Iran, but then casts blame on the US when Iran shoots down the Ukrainian airliner. Which is odd.
