I think It has some interesting ideas but many of them dont need a new language. I also think that Zig like C++ thinks that the language is the problem that needs solving. As a C programmer I dont want clever features. I want the simplest possible where nothing happens without me explicitly typing it. I'm much more interested in better debuggers, and tool chains [1].
