Yeah the title is a bit alarmist. Is it even a leak if MS is actively encouraging their employees to be transparent about this? Trying to draw conclusions from a younger subset of an informal Facebook survey doesn't inspire confidence either. This is more in the realm of gossip than journalism. Having said that, I wasn't expecting those junior salaries to be so "low" (obviously well above the poverty line). I've been making about that or more when adjusting for cost of living.
