If the OP's fiancee lost her job and didn't have medical coverage, she would qualify for the same insurance your sushi chef did.
- jschwartzi 6y agoAlthough I think it should be available to everyone regardless of income. The sushi chef should have access to the same level of care that I do regardless of their income. The solution to this specific problem can't be to eliminate health care for the sushi chef.
