Do unions really provide a better work experience for the worker? Genuine question.
- heavyset_go 6y agoAccording to the BLS, white collar union members in the US have higher salaries, better benefits, more paid time off, and better retirement benefits. They also report having higher life satisfaction[1]. The same trend exists for blue collar union members, too.
