Amazon just did this to me. I ordered books 3 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped.
- turtlebits 6y agoIt is past their order confimation "Arriving" date? If so, just contact CS, they'll usually give you money back in the form of credit. I've had a few issues with long ship dates because of COVID, but in general Amazon has been flawless.
- devmunchies 6y agothe arriving date is for the end of september. which is why I'm assuming one of the books wasn't in stock but they sold it anyway.
