      A lawyer would agree that the longer both lawyers talk the richer both of them get.

  Summaries aren't copyright violations, unless a significant part of the original is copied verbatim. You can publish a book summary and even quote the book a few times without being accused of copyright violation. Same goes for online courses, as it is the case here.
