The original poster specifically said, "not particularly well known for having a strong tech culture". I read that to exclude at least the research triangle and Austin.
- mindcrime 16y agoAh, I read that as him saying that "the south" as a whole, was "not particularly well known for having a strong tech culture."
- ghotli 16y agoI pretty much meant the areas where it is not well known, which is most of it. I went back and forth about whether or not to generalize it to smaller, less robust economies or not. The comments thus far in this thread seem to support the thought that I should have constrained the question more.
