I think a YC-Reject co-op is a great idea. If you're trying to monetize the idea and are asking for 6% of people's company then, sorry, you've got to be joking. What do you offer for this 6%? Money, connections, knowledge? If you're simply a coordinator bringing people together, I think asking for 6% is ridiculous and it makes me question your motivation for doing this.
