Are 1) and 2) separate teams? How many people in each?

  They are separate, but we all sit in two person offices along one long hallway. This allows us to quickly talk through issues or bounce ideas off someone, then go back and spend long stretches implementing. It’s about 2/3rds researchers, 1/3rd devs.
