- tombert 6y agoJust for the sake of pedantry, I should point out that California was ok with them fucking themselves, just not each other.
- Rebelgecko 6y agoHow far back are you going? IIRC the state sodomy law was repealed in the 70s and it certainly wasn't enforced thoroughly
