Would you say it's more like glassdoor.com or coderific.com?
- ericwan 18y agoWe're focusing on more general, soft issues such as the boss, coworkers, training, etc. On that respect we're more focused on glassdoor.com than coderific.com. Meanwhile now we're focusing just on the tech industry. Later down the road we're gonna differentiate from both of the companies, in that we're gonna build more social features. Encourage people to participate even though they're not currently looking for a job.
