Prior to getting an interview you read the job ad. They want original, problem solvers, dynamic, goal-oriented etc. etc. I've always wondered why they don't somehow all me to demonstrate this before it gets to an interview. Let the candidates winnow themselves out. It could be so easy, it should work, but they don't. IDK, perhaps it works only in theory.
