Maybe Twilio will use that run up (bubble) in stock price to allocate to some tech debt like this. 169% YTD 33.8% last 3 months I’ve always looked at SendGrid as a premium provider for transactional mail. Why recommendations for something better but similarly priced?

We saw our deliverability go way up with SES. It’s pricey for what it is but we’ve had really good luck with it.

Unless a company is selling new stock, an increase in stock price doesn't give them any extra money to spend. It just means their shareholders are worth more.
