- WalterSear 6y agoYou make the sale of non-replaceable battery devices too onerous in California.
- jedberg 6y agoCreate a law that says that if the battery is not user replaceable then the manufacturer must replace it for free when its charge capacity drops below 90% of its original capacity. That would shift the market pretty quickly towards user replaceable batteries.
