The whole genesis of DST was to save energy costs (particularly during 70s oil crisis). I don't see that mentioned anywhere
- dade_ 6y agoIt is a fallacy. The only real reason I ever found were people in positions of influence and power wanted another hour in the evening for a round of golf. Though we can make DST permanent, keep the hour and eliminate the horrible time changes.
