I'm not American either but I think that the reason why police doesn't hesitate to shoot someone results from the fact that they're much more often shoot at then in other countries. And it's not just that weapons are more easily available (where I live they're easily available as well). It's that the wealth differences are huge in US.
- craftinator 6y agoIt's worth looking up exactly how dangerous being a cop is. In Portland, Oregon, an officer hasn't died in the line of duty in 20 years, and the one 20 years ago was from a car crash when he lost control. Most jobs are more dangerous than being a cop here.
- chrisco255 6y agoIt's not a wealth problem. It's a morality problem. And to OP, you're just being selectively shown clips so it skews your sense of reality. The truth is murders skyrocket when cops are nerfed and innocent people die. NYC murder rate is up 50% last month! We will have Mexico level murder rate if cops can't do their jobs.
