That wasn't how they worked on nearly any modern multi-touch capacitive touchscreen device.
- mcstafford 6y agoI've taken to using a fling motion on my Android devices since grabbing the position indicator in a scrollbar is comparatively inconvenient... but performance is fine.
- Infinitesimus 6y agoAndroid scrollbars have worked that way for quite a while iirc. Not sure about windows phone but I don't see why MS would change that behavior.
