You're employing the tactic of "poisoning the well", which is a pre-emptive personal attack. Many programmers are introverts, and you calling them antisocial basement dwelling nerds is just a hostile stereotype. There is no way extroverts are inherently better than introverts. I don't like the false dichotomy you're implying. Also, making people "guilty" by association. Also, dehumanizing while taking high moral ground. Downvoting you, and I'm saying this openly because I despise cowardly anonymous ostracism present on sites like this. Sometimes I wish all downvoting was done with stating the reason. There were civil ways you could have described these behaviors, but you didn't. For example covert narcissisim, passive aggressive. I have some covert narcissist traits, but at least I'm trying.
