Exactly the right step. In the long-run, this will do a lot for housing affordability in the city.
- coldpie 6y agoYeah, there's some great stuff in here. Lowering and removing parking mandates is huge, too. That allows for a much more walkable city as we don't have to reserve a bunch of empty space for cars.
