Ooh, can every employee with kids get a "parental benefit"? That seems like a good policy.
- chrisseaton 6y agoYou're free to ask for it. But what's your leverage to get it? Obviously he had enough leverage to get it.
- refurb 6y agoIt does say "in accordance with our standard parental benefits policy", but I have no idea if that's standard for executives or standard for every employee.
